Cremation Service Options
Selected Funeral Packages
As an alternative to itemized
service selections, you have the option of choosing a packaged funeral
service arrangement.
This option provides a selection
of goods and services without substitution or deletion. Other items may
be included upon request and at an additional cost. When compared to
itemized selections, these service options may offer substantial
savings.
The following price quotations are
provided at this time to assist you during the consideration of funeral
arrangements. Cash advance items, such as cemetery costs, sales
tax and paid
obituaries are not included and further explanation is available upon
request. Due to the increased cost of natural gas, an energy
surcharge will be added to the cremation cost.
Any deletions from the packages
will require an itemized calculation of the services selected.
Member Pricing:
To receive member pricing, you should either be:
1) a Protected
Lifetime Member for more than than 24 hours. 2) currently
under hospice care.

Our firm has invested in video
production software and equipment to provide our families with
Personalized Digital Video Productions that survive the test of
time. DVD's become heirlooms that are cherished by all.
Simply provide us with 40 pictures in
numerical order and we will digitize each photograph and assemble a
personalized production that honors the Life and Legacy of
your loved one.

Obese Cremation:
To safely care for obese clients, beginning at the time of transport to
our facility, to the placement in the crematory chamber, an additional
crematory fee of $700 will be added to the cost of
Simply
Dignified Cremation™ (direct cremation) or a total of $1495 for members or $1895
for non-members. This fee includes: necessary staff and equipment
needed at the time of transport to our facility, placement in the
crematory chamber and additional crematory time and supervision. |

Payment is expected prior to services being rendered,
unless other arrangements have been made prior to need.
For your convenience, we will accept Credit Cards,
Checks, Cash and
assignable Insurance Policies that are more than three
years old.
Prices are effective January 1, 2008 and
