The Funeral

A Death Certificate
We will handle all of
the legal filings to obtain a signed and certified Death Certificate
from the
Vital Records office
in the county of death. Certified copies will usually take about 3
weeks.
A Cremation

This will give us
legal authorization to perform the cremation as instructed by the

A Funeral

This document will
detail EVERY CHARGE that you will be obligated to pay for the
Visitation,

An Embalming Authorization
This is only required
if you select a service that includes embalming preparation.
Our staff will
